- 1 pint Greek-style yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp table salt
Equipment

- Peeler
- Spoon
- Shredder or grater
- Strainer or towel
- Mixing bowl
Instructions
- Mince or pulverize the garlic.
- Peel the cucumber, split it, scrape out the seeds, and finely shred half of it.
- Drain the shredded cucumber.
- Mix the garlic, cucumber, vinegar, and olive oil.
- Mix that into the Greek-style yogurt.
- Stir in salt to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 day before serving.
Notes
